Information war: foreign minstry censorship

If you found some information isolated, in some isolated state (as for example Russians found EU terrorist thread in Iraq voiced to EU by Iranian foreign ministry, while EU just bypassed), just translate it and publish. This sample information, which was just enchanced russian news agency article backing short Iranian national press statement, which just informed that Rahmin Mehmanparast, Iranian FM spokesman asked EU for destroying its backing to Iraq based terrorists. Regardless, that EU didn't react in any way, and that it purely censored such information from public, without its way through Russia (English translation), to Czech Republic (Czech translation), and then after its russian server was "blocked" without spreading it through lots of blogs and print verisons, such as PDF, EU wouldn't reacted. But, what is important: if EU reacted, I found note on that reaction just on IRNA pages, again. So, always consider, that if first step is very hard, that internal reaction can be fake, so immediatelly capture any notice on reaction, and publish it again. Lets call it antigovernment two-tap lap. Publish twice, and they will work in the name of justice: be happy that someone knows, don't translate anything, or be happy, that someone reacted, and nothing happens. Some topics need all time watchdogs...
