It's clear that almost every European countris government absolutely failed during US-GB action against Libya. They lied to their people, supported foreign war criminals including well known anti-russian formed sects as AlQuaeda. Almost all of them kept in heart murdering innocent peoples of Libya and before all murder of Gaddafi children and grandchildren as best step of so called "democracy support". With their opened support to propaganda of war, opened subscription of murdering Gaddafi and his family, with their lies to their public, and with their hidden common interest, they failed to continue anything. It's clear that keeping the same leaders and powers will lead us to much more murdering, as already organised wars against Iran, Venezuela, DPRK and much more. But as we see there is maybe not impossible to cut those powers from their actions immediatelly, some more calm action is to be proposed. I propose making green popular fora world-wide, with exceptions of highly accepted governments (by their people). These forums will immediatelly establish foreign relations to every other foreign forums, so that the alternative movement for peace and freedom will achieve economical and close ties across every country, regarding just peace and justice. Also parallely those fora have to find fast and responsible source for financing information agancies worldwide, and local press too. That means absolutely clear people-people information will be used by immediate Gaddafi-like democracy and given to people indisturbed by local censorship (derived from "legal" governments foreign relations and sanctions). Making this world-wide allows immediate voicing over members, who will undergo punishments for comuna-comuna relations/informations grouping and work. If these structures are established, worlds security will be more independent on local politics, who, as seen in Europe and North America properly failed to promote security, and instead are widening international hatress and also very deep fear. These organizations also can include neighbors from separatistic movements, but only if their promotion is peaceful, disregarding their defense state. Whoever keeps unchangeable hateress cannot be recognized as equal member. So for example if US government feels a minority, it cannot be taken on board, until it stops all of its actions against absolutely innocent Venezuela, Iran... So wherever it happens, both, government, opposition and green movement can all of them be a solo subject inside project. But only if all of them promote peace and constructive perception of turning world into better from shit where it is now. Autonomous media, parallel foreign relations, inrecognition of national sanctions: only sanction possible is not recognising some government as a subject of regard, citation, or even taking in opinion. This means that with smaller steps you achieve better perspectives, correcter insight into your own "legal government", and if it is not to be legal, you will overgrow it without making revolution: if you, people, will hold better relations through green structure with every else nation, than your government, your government will slowly de-base, or will try to make forcefull action - against press-telephony grouping - and, well, if it takes force against such movement, then hopefully outer part of movement reacts in accordance of feelings and justice perception, humanity and consciousness of every little man in it. Try this, or wait for someone to begin revolution, or just be prepared to watch ongoing "MultiLibya show live". Code of this action is "Iran means before all nation, what is lot of people". Don't mismatch it for some all-states becoming Iran. It just means that people of Iran have their revolutions, and until they do them, everyone should take Iran as a friend, and nation, before all. Regarding some nation only as "regime", is what all of these Europoliticians use to promote war. This action doesn't regard regime, until its friend, and always counts only with nation, as whole of people. Remember that this action is based and created only for obfuscating usual method of revolution, and to grow away from governments who play only lies and wars. If some of part of this action will be brutally repressed, I recommend only mass inmigration into such land, without regard to your own life taken or kept while crossing border. But global green-structured society should be also able to invoke more efficient actions. But those actions can be done only when security of freedom of array press and authenticity of communication is high. I don't really recommend pattern ArabUnion@UNSC:Libya. Hopefully such organism will be able to behave part to part and group to part as friends to friends, so that "efficient actions" will be done without some great waiting, just reflexively, to protect, without big and bigger publicity, as it is usual in todays warworld. This is also invitation to AlQuaeda etc., but I guess they can accept such invitiation, which formally request their ceasefire and arm laying, only if they see that big part of Europe, Asia, and America is already successful in obfuscation its governments violent policies. I guess that we cannot expect same measure of repression in Africa and South America, for this type of action. I am not sure how with Asia, because its own situation now is horrible, although people offten are there more satisfied with their governments and leaders, than us. If this action succeeds in Europe, traversing its governmental shit-ties with best ties to every country, Asia and group of militarised opositions will be able to connect without reserves (while I am not really trying to tell there is a similarity e.g. in Iran and Taliban, or ETA; only they may need our initiative, before all, because over governments, and so our ignorancy, must have convinced them we are stable enemies, or something "vegetatively" without power).

Additionally, no local forum is limited in differentiation: it can make next forums and presses for its churches, sciences... Also global forum can hold press-relations subject, for example for Book printing industry and arts, Painting arts, etc.

In optimal case such overstructure by flow of time converts every government into "well paid archivers of law", with no power. And in optimal case power will not be "returned" to "people", but it just vanishes, and noone will need the term except button of computer and technicians. When structure allows immediate structuration people are not using power for society issues anymore.

When all people are able to do their hobbys as job, and when all of them are able to take different work in catastrophal scenario, this concept succeeded somehow. Remember that every job is hobby for someone. As Bombing is hobby for Obama, while disgusting experience for anyone.

Only regarded authority is natural one. Every system regarding paper authority is something between repression, provisorium or defensive step back.

Alternatives: direct revolutions, activities against state, ongoing listening of new CD "Libya is just start of making people from Third World legitimate democrats"

Bases, slogans: freedom of religion, freedom of will for peace, destruction of powers by truth speaking and well organised friendship based concurence, getting rid of ancient "revolution" concepts by using knowledge, that it is same ancient as governments themselves, peoples media, peoples nations, nations prefer communication instead of relations, so that can employ friendship, and forget power, Constructivistic Pan-Hobbysm, free hobbys, natural authority, paper posts and wars. Paper jobs with no product too. Every product is job. War is no product, soldier is no job, comuna instead comunism, forum and fund instead comuna and obligations. Hobbys instead wars for children, suckers!

I'm still waiting for realization of transversala material communication system implementation. I hear only "roads, oil and wars" instead - very "hobby" focused viewpoint..
