"Arab spring"
At beginning of this phaenomena, it had some purpose to consider it single phaenomena. It also seemed to be quite optimistic evolution, even if "revolution" would be much more welcomed just in West. As the time passed around, it is only evident, that it is of no further use to call everything actually happened in Muslim world by single term. There is no more optimism for Libya just because of some partial success e.g. in Egypt. On the other hand this coincidence warns us about few very important relations on "East", and if we used "Libya terror time" properly, we god very good insight in politics and daily life in Muslim countries. We can now observe important patterns repeated accross foreign policies in Muslim world, important practices and also full scale image of US there, and finally we got pretty good image of reliability of internet communication, information, services the same we can already match and group some information and news networks. But stay highlighted, that further treatment of evolution in Muslim countries should be individual for each Nation, and instead of focusing on "big news" we shall stay focused on US military, covert and "newly" also disinformation. Another pretty important pattern to observe is current estate of international law, and weight, reliability and reason of its bodies and organisations. This last issue is sufficiently enough delivered by 1997's speech on "Human rights in Islam", from 5th Islamic thought conference. So the absolute news is final decay of commercial media to military bodies, working on specific bloody agenda abroad, and fabricating quite a lot at home. There is no change in US war politics, except that it continues in its direction, with prospects of Fascist state active in Muslim genocide. And loudly enough, to be listened even in Iran and Pakistan, I have to say, that I haven't observed NOT EVEN SINGLE success of so called "Arab spring". If I was highly optimistic, then maybe in Egypt near future bring Allah back to his people. Yeah, and very good news of Arab spring is, that there is lot of people around world, who are better analyst and observers, than N. Chomsky - who currently holds pending title of CIA asset, because of Kosovo case, which reemerged with humanitarian bombing of Libya.

Coherency in foreign politics (state honesty)

This is first and last paragraph of current essay criticizing "Muslim anything" generally, to be heard. So be heard, that I DIDN'T FIND any Muslim country, which would have JUST logically built foreign policy, without single inconguence. In this respect every Muslim country (except NATO members, who I don't rather include in Muslim states, because they align with fascists) has foreign politics with coherent pragmatism, and compared to western states much more agreeable, but the same as west, if you look in detail, you recognize, that some highly important issues in region and abroad are not observed properly, and even if this deficit is lower than negative values of West, you can see, that there are strategic objectives behind this disarray of parallel policies. In box, that even Iran has some friends where it should declare enemies, and neither Pakistan is able to align its relations within its intelligence. Simply, no Muslim government has transparent speech and no Muslim government is able to present to its people all the objectives it has, in transparent language. But yes, for example in Iran this disalign of foreign politics is mostly product of its "state of fight", when foreign policy, compared to Western states, contains consciouss and stable focus, so that interest-marginal affairs are not equipped by genuine intelligence, and serious disalignments are caused mostly when Iran fails to respond adequately to moral failures of its strategic partners. But considering Irans goal to restore Muslim unity, and its infinite war from United States, Izrael, Great Britain and Germany (or so called "EU"), it deserves understanding. So far yes, if you search good government, you check Iran and its friends, but if you search for super-sincere state, you rather move to Moon. If you need some orientation, I consider Iran to be before Russia, Russia before India and select whatever state you wish from Izrael-EU-USA, always it become on the end of "honesty ladder" (For example would you believe more Kazakhstan or Austria, when they elaborate on e.g. SAR and Apartheid, or when it comes to Viet-nam). The system of split-language of foreign policy is similar, but for Iran it is "controlled or at least observed schizophreny", while for selected EU country it is highly developed system of lies and illusions, which also has its machinery deeply embedded in regional teachbooks and institutions. You will observe the issue of honesty when you are still reaching for information sources above some issue, when outstanding issue breaks reliability of your top-rated source, and you find more honest source for that issue, and finally when you need to push some feedback, crucial intelligence, or "alarming analysis" back to source states, or to states who could play key role in some analysed issue. Don't seek honesty where there is good relations with USA.

Information Sources
Source which navigated you to multiple different single-issued sources, which all you value high, is source, from which you can retake new sources with lower security setting (or paranoia). This source is second level source, because first level source mostly doesn't exist - first level is - before all - person which you prooved to exist physically, and with which you share channel with higher authenticity: you saw the person, and you can actually lay few concrete arguments which support the fact, that no alien can pretend to you that its being this individual. You should never consider multi-source entity (e.g. Press) to be first level source, in best case you can visit such source, if it relies on consistent production of several another sources. It means that newspaper, where you actually known no one Named to trust, and no one Named to "look forward to read", such newspaper is far behind third or fifth class of sources, and you can suppose that maybe it lies sometime, maybe it lies always, or maybe it will start to lie easily, because you know no one in its staff, who gives you smallest guarantee, that "No bad guy will buy whole source". When you know at least one sincere source in such news, you can simply smell it, when your source starts to write lies, or when your source leaves because someone bought someone. Also always suppose, that even good source can mistakenly retake wrong source. Then you should use one of two ways how to react. Definitely you should react, when your source backs wrong side, or follows unfortunate conclusion. When your source failed completely, its best to inform his fellows, while when you upgrade confidence to some source, exceptionally it can help to express your align directly to it, but mostly even anonymous positive rating brings just negative feedbacks: it threatens quality of source, for example.

Managing suspection
It is interesting, that 2L source with which you share fact-consideration axis is always able to push forward hypothesis, which makes him suspectable of evil-complicity, or dogmatic-singlesideness (both, if prooved, are guarantees to leave source to necrophags, without even word left - maybe if that source helped you to save life of more than family - you can wish him well). There is then lot of options of what you may and can do, to reassure position of source. Only when your source was Source of Issue for you, and stayed by that issue in all necessary details, then it is source which you musn't offten reassure. Generally if you are not sure with source, decrease its relevance and usage, and give it regular visits: all suspections against sources can only fall or grow with time. Grown enough suspection triggers hatred and conversely, suspection falls when definitely no other source is aligned in mayor objectives and you have enough space to describe reasons behind inconsistency as impatience in minor issues for reasons of pressure and alike. If there is option of personal contact, and your source was always important, reflect your suspection to your source - it will be much faster, and in worst case you loose it or help it.


Bad sources I: Cocroach in bread
This is class which "can happen to anyone". If Bad Guy sees Popular Analyst, or very Non-Mainstream News Service, he simply Will Buy it, and when this succeeds, Bad Guy has no other option, than to Use-and-Forget this source. Because mostly when you abuse source for its deep reliability for spreading lie, it will simply cease to exist, after lifetime of lie runs out. This is "Lifetime" cocroach. Another one is "Structural", which tries to hide small but "directing" lies into bigger and highly consistent, correct stream. This has lot of options too: redirect some podcasts to new blog, select all of them to match target group of readers, and when you need, create your own article which will try to plant some "confidencies" in your target groups. For example blog which you prepare to be automatically joining Anarchist information on Palestine with Sociology of Islamofobia. Now you can simly deduce, that target individual will be definitely interested in Cuba, and will definitely not be interested in Mongolia. Now you can proove to your group that Cuba is a dictatorship, simply because they didn't know, that Mongolia is governed by Islamic Fanatics. It's all lie, but your source built a relation to you, because you selected proper subsources for Islamic topics, and when they got your list of sources on Mongolia, they didn't realized, that there is a very few information on such topic at all, and that your sources are properly bad in this case. Then it is simply enough to proove you, that Cuba denies any fanatism in Mongolia, and Cuba started its smooth way down with trust. Another of cocroach type is Low level structural, which is hard to produce in big, because small directing lies must be contained in the same interpolation-manner as in blog example, but contained accross every article. That implies that all of such articles must be of analytical type, author must be able to produce consistent reflection of some realities while also to manage always some place for lie. Finally "occupied analyst" is only good for "deciding intelectuals", so such case of Cocroach in Bread is pretty infrequent, but so far very dangerous, because from those "opinion producing" points, pyramide of Fascism gets it top: all mid-low level intellectuals, hobby-researchers, and group-builders, definitely pretty large and influent group gets its infection here, or gets some additional approval for its corrupt opinion. Another thinkable CiB case would be, if with special combination of Opinion you would always get the same Bonus Opinion, so far with Left-Palestinism you can get bonus pack of "Nonconspirational approval of WTC attack and basic Anti-Semitism". But this procedure would required operations with trends, and sometimes even hands in history-books, so that you don't be afraid of this matrixes, but definitely they exist - in measure unknown even to "grey eminences" (unknown to them in most probable case, when there are concurrent - mutually hidden - grey eminences).

Dangers of Topic News generally
It's quite easy to filter out fabricated media and sources who claim to "be focused" on some combination of issues. Mayor part of such sources simply fails to attract already-opined people, because selection itself contains well known patterns, for example source observing just two - highly discussed and controversive - issues can simply select from four combinations, where one of them attracts already opined, second and third are kind of unusual cross-versions, for which there is not really option to speak of trends, and fourth is another extreme, which doesn't provide much space to implant misconceptions. So simply, Topic news for critical issues are highly suspected, while for Science and alike it is very usual; and Topic news finally when employed against Truth, can be only employed for beginners in Issues - generally target group of this "Topic News" is pretty wide, but also single "aware" person, who reflects on issues or warns against concrete Source makes huge reduction of success on target group in single shallow step. This threat is exponential to unawarness of elders (when absolutely ignored, tragical results for society, also - evil is successfull, but in disarray).

Carpet x Urged search results fabrication
Another strategy of misinformation is fabrication of whole genre of sources. First part of this scenario depends on flood of specific topic, while awaiting, that its special thematic design will gain some audience from people using search engines. This method is quite successful in terms of specific-target reaching, and also in confidence building, because addressed group reached prepared content solely thanks to their own analytical and querying efforts. Such case was observed on Syria, when "activist" published loud reports on behalf of "opposition", while claiming to be "lesbian from Damascus". Target attracting design of this specific case is just "lesbian+damascus", because it might be topic which someone is able to genuinely search. Also it supports confidence, when someone highly suspecting Syria for human rights of minorities "discovers" such "genuine source" of highly appreciated viewpoints. After exposal of this as a fabrication, liable intelligence service sacrificed its agent, as he was again kind of "activist", acting in his own individual faith, "to attract media to issue". This was actually transparent lie, because no additional interest of media was needed, given, that western governments did "great case" from Syria with or without such sources. Actually what this agent was doing could not be "endeavor for increasing publicity", but he was just directly "streaming fabrications to media", in the middle of processes with Syria. If whole case started with his "blog", it would be different case, but who can claim, that US department, for example "only reacted" to "Damascus lesbian blog"? This case was of "carpet" subtype, because it is to be supposed, that not only "Lesbian blog" was prepared to transmit fraudulent reports against Damascus, but also another "minorities" were prepared in search query results, to get its channel into more prudent media. Second subtype is "urged", and it has its example in "Iran, nation of bloggers" report broadcasted by newage online TV "RocketBoom", which is anyways "openly" social engineering project. This report simply supported creed, that "something is happening with Iran", and that "there is huge anti-government or dissent bloggers from Iran". It didn't give any links, nor it provided some evidence of dissent, but it was quite effective in terms of "just convincing". Goal of this unbased report was again to deliver specific target group to search engines, which would then simply searched for something like "Iran+bloggers", or similar. Result of this search definitely gave forest of fabricated blogs, again lot of "Women of Iran blog" and so. And severe amount of those blogs did just provide video of "Girl slaughtered by police in streets of Tehran", with some camouflage rubbish articles surrounding this movie. After you know, that you were simply urged to search for this combination, you simply remove all those movie blogs from result, and surprisingly it seems, there are no other blogs from Iran. But that is not the case: if you are from Scotland, do you call your blog "Blog from Scotland"? So if there are blogs from Iran, you can reach them only by directly flowing Iranian blog community, what suppose, that you know at least one genuine Iranian blog. For example if you know that Sayyed7rik.blogspot.com is Iranian citizen writing about Psychiatry, then it is not problem to map larger blog space. But definitely knowing nation is not key for reaching some part of blogger net of its citizens. Compared to carpet fabrication you can economize dissemination of target sites, but as my experience shown, it definitely decreases confidence when listing search results already. Finally disinformation agenda would required great resources and patience, while objectives are changing a lot, so that most of disinformation producers trust more to amount and loudness, than to work with details and deeper confidence analysis. This definitely means, that most of contemporary propaganda is able to spread rumours and mass-convictions, but what is not able is to create at least single durable fake source, nor it is able to convince upper ten percent of people experienced in filtering out ideological trash from world news.

Mass media
It's well known, that EU and USA, with their bloody NATO never did anything valuable for what they claim to be "World security". But since so called "Second World War" this bunch of slavekeeping aligator countries somehow managed to keep its image so that mayority of their people believed that their armies are used with "good intentions", and minority was still convinced that these intentions are definitely wrong or failed. With current capitalist recession they needed to gear up and widen their bloodshed around world, but they somehow imagined, that they can keep their face. In this belief they invested much more in medial front, than in intelligence services. Today it's well known, that most of capitalist based media are directly told what to write by army chiefs, and armies were mostly merged with intelligence services for purpose of common agenda and simplistic transition from it to managed press bodies. Neither they supposed evolution of opinion and dissent into civil fronts of information war. At beginning they thought that it is enough to employ low grade bogus reports in mass media, but with evolution of civil dissent and intelligence mechanism, most of their bought press bodies were identified and exposed. Without this civil-based change of scenario, they wouldn't need employ Hollywood methods in report fabrication. But with growing dissent their generals must not only plan war-related scenario, but they must already meet high state representatives regularly, in order to discuss if they have in some details enough space to change military actions, or if they must continue with ineffective step, while correcting its timing and results by fabricating whole days of history using expensive film-making methods. Generally, public dissent resulted in two immediate victories of civil society: western warlords have less space for military manoeuvres because they have to observe every "rat" of public image, and finally their intelligence agencies are heavily limited by press limitations, and undermined by press failures. We can also generalize, that intelligence who were for decades successful in stylization of military actions is now degraded by instruments of press, on which they loaded most of responsibility. Weakest element of chain determines result reliability of whole chain. So we can be pretty optimistic, because unprecedented selection of press to be main element of todays wars is irreversibly decreasing abilities of running war machine to ability of those corrupt low-intellect bribed cowards who spent most of life sitting in office and writing about celebrities and their fabricated scandals, as if they naturally obtained higher moral values to point with finger on another corrupts and adulterers. These abstract relations of intelligence, army and press must be further swiftly analysed, in order to identify real weak points in current war machine, in terms which are handy for prediction of its steps (philosophical, ethical and mass-audience awakening approaches MUST be produced too).

Shortly on Human rights
Lets shortly put important values in order. Peace is before Human Rights, given "US Arab Spring" issue. We cannot reward you for screaming "Human Rights! Human Rights!" while unloading bombs on armed nor unarmed population. Also, when "our" media (or rather media targeting us) resort to pointing at someone's look, and someones wealth, when trying to convince, that that person violates Human rights, something is very wrong with that media, BEFORE ALL. Basic social decency would ensured social security in contact with such dirty tricks.
